Casa Laetitia is a welcoming, rustic detached house set over three floors, lovingly renovated and surrounded by trees and meadows. It sits in the centre of the village of Acquetico, approx. 3 km or a 5–10 minute drive from Pieve di Teco. Imperia, the sea and beaches are approx. 26 km or a 30 minute drive away.
The 85 m² house offers a bright living and dining room with a wood-burning stove, an open kitchen with dishwasher, four induction hobs, toaster, kettle and freezer, two double bedrooms, a bathroom/WC and a separate shower room/WC. Two terraces (25 m² and 15 m²) and a garden invite you to relax. Sun loungers are available on the terrace and roof terrace. A barbecue is also provided.

Casa Laetitia is also well suited to a holiday with your dog. Its private garden and peaceful setting close to nature make it easy to enjoy walks and outings together. The Valle Arroscia and the Ligurian Alps offer numerous paths through woodland and mountain scenery. Trips to the Parco Naturale Regionale delle Alpi Liguri are also possible; conservation rules and lead requirements vary by area. One dog is welcome at Casa Laetitia, with a maximum of one pet permitted.
